We Are Hiring – Training Administrator Required

We are looking for an eager and energetic individual to join our expanding team in an administration role. The scope of which incorporates all aspects of the administrative processes relating to the training side of the business; as well as performing reception / hosting duties and assisting with other ad hoc administration tasks, as required.
Start Date: full-time position available from September 2018, following completion of training (training days/hours to be negotiated).
Working Hours (from September): 9 am to 5 pm (Monday to Friday).

The ideal candidate will be comfortable working in a dynamic environment and be willing to develop their skills along with Courtley’s requirements.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills and a friendly manner is imperative to fulfilling the role. The successful candidate will be required to communicate effectively with people holding various positions – from shop floor operatives to managing directors. They will also face situations where they are required to communicate with people whose first language is not English.

Experience: a desire to work in an administrative role is essential. Prior experience is not required.
Qualifications: English, Maths and IT GCSE’s, grade C or above, are essential (or the equivalent from another education system).
A full UK driving license and access to a vehicle are required.
