We are hiring – administrative assistant

We are looking for an ambitious and enthusiastic individual to join our team as an administrative assistant.  The ideal candidate will be comfortable working in a dynamic environment and will be willing to learn and grow along with our business.

Main Tasks and Responsibilities

  • Reception duties – answering and directing phone calls and email queries as appropriate.
  • Welcoming visitors – showing them to where they need to be, making drinks etc.
  • General administration – Training: producing handouts and certificates for in-house courses, setting classrooms up; registering accredited courses and maintaining stock of required materials.
  • General administration – Health and Safety: providing admin support as required by safety advisors e.g. typing reports, amending other generic documentation.
  • Maintaining office equipment & supplies.

Education and Experience

  • GCSE’S grade C or above in English, Math’s and I.T.
  • Knowledge of clerical and administrative procedures and systems, such as filing and record keeping or other administration-related qualifications may be beneficial.
