It was particularly refreshing to have Steve deliver the course in the manner in which he did, which was full of energy, enthusiasm and keeping us all engaged with the subject. Not once did I drift off thinking about when was it time for a break or when could I go home! I would like to thank Steve for the professionalism he showed and the entertaining way he delivered the course.
