We are looking for an enthusiastic individual to join our fantastic team in an admin role. The scope incorporates all aspects of administrative processes relating to the business. You will also be performing day-to-day reception and hosting duties.
Start Date: full-time position available immediately.
Working Hours: usually 9 am to 5 pm, Monday to Friday; however, you will be required to start at 8 am when training courses are taking place
The ideal candidate will be comfortable working in a dynamic environment and will be willing to develop their skills along with Courtley’s requirements. Excellent verbal and written communication skills and a friendly manner is imperative to fulfilling the role, as you will be required to communicate with people from various backgrounds – from shop floor operatives to company directors. You will also face situations where you must communicate successfully with people whose first language is not English.
Qualifications and Experience:
Minimum requirement of English, Maths and IT GCSE’s grade C or above (or the equivalent from another education system).
A full UK driving license and use of a vehicle during working hours is required. Any contraventions and/or criminal records must be disclosed at the point of application.
A desire to work in an administrative role is essential. Prior knowledge/experience of clerical and administrative procedures and systems, such as filing and record keeping or other administration-related tasks may be beneficial; however, it is not required, since you will be trained in the use of our systems.
