Health & Safety Award – Hughes and Hilton Piling Ltd
Our Health & Safety award is presented to one of our member companies who has shown outstanding performance throughout the year. This year we would like to congratulate Hughes and Hilton Piling Ltd on their proactive approach to health & safety in the workplace!
The business has built a close relationship with their Clients over a number of years. This has been important for the success of the company as there is a need for reliability. Many organizations depend on the service as the key to their developing projects
Their work is in a hazardous area of construction at the early stages of the site development using what can be heavy plant. The team, from operative to director are proud of their work and approach it in a professional manner.
The plant is well maintained, and the operatives work to improve the health and safety on site. Regular site inspections are supported by the operatives who use them to improve workplace standards. We thank all involved for the continual support and proactive attitude towards health and safety. Well done!
New Member Health & Safety Award – ADXBA Ltd
Our new member Health & Safety award is presented to one of our new member companies who has shown outstanding performance within their first year of membership. This year we would like to congratulate ADXBA Ltd on their proactive approach to health & safety in the workplace during their first year of membership
ADXBA work in the safety critical environment of major airports of the UK which require high standards of health and safety to be maintained. The company is positive in respect of coordination with the client and other contractors. Working in these environments involves undertaking additional training and checks which flows through to the standard of health and safety on site.
The professional approach by the technicians and management creates a high standard of health and safety in their work. Individual Health & Safety Award – Mandy Chong – Platinum Civil Engineering
Our Individual Health & Safety award is presented to one employee from our member companies who have impressed us with their hard work and commitment to raising standards within their organisation. We have had many fantastic contenders but ultimately, we would like to congratulate Mandy Chong of Platinum Civil Engineering.
Mandy is passionate about improving Platinum Civil Engineering’s health and safety standards and is keen to ensure they done everything possible to reduce the chance of an incident occurring. Throughout the year, Mandy has displayed a positive and proactive approach engaging us to carry out site inspections, assisting in putting documentation together in detail and reviewing all staff training needs. We believe that Platinum Civil Engineering will be successful as they have set solid foundations for health and safety.
