Health and Safety Law Poster Deadline

The new health and safety law poster must be displayed companies before the 5 April 2014.

Employers have a legal duty under the Health and Safety Information for Employees Regulations act (HSIER), to display the latest health & safety law poster in a prominent position in each workplace. This is so it can easily been seen by employees.

The new health and safety law poster was published in 2009.  With this 5 year transition period coming to an end, you must ensure the new poster is displayed by 5 April 2014.
